Important Notes About Public Information:

  • Profile Creation: We may create therapist profiles using this publicly available information, even if the therapist has not signed up for our platform.
  • Public Display: Profiles created from public information are displayed publicly on our platform to help clients find licensed professionals in their area.
  • AI Enhancement: We may use artificial intelligence to organize, format, and enhance profile information to make it more useful for clients.
  • Right to Claim: If we've created a profile from public data, you can claim it at any time, verify and update the information, and take full control.
  • Right to Removal: You can request removal of your profile at any time through our Profile Removal page. We will process removal requests within 72 hours.
  • Accuracy: We strive to keep public information accurate and up-to-date. If you notice inaccurate information, please contact us to request corrections.

Legal Basis: Our collection and use of publicly available information is based on our legitimate interest in providing a comprehensive directory service that helps clients find qualified professionals. This information is already publicly accessible through government agencies and other sources, and we aggregate it to provide a better user experience.

  • Facilitate bookings: Connect clients with therapists and enable communication

When a client submits a booking request, we share the client's name, phone number, email, and booking details with the selected therapist. This is essential for facilitating the service.

7.1 Transactional SMS Messages

All users receive transactional SMS messages necessary for using our service, including:

  • Booking confirmation messages

These messages are essential to the operation of our platform and do not require separate opt-in consent.

7.2 Marketing and Promotional SMS Messages

We may send marketing SMS messages, including therapist contact information and booking updates, only with your explicit opt-in consent. When submitting a booking request, you have the option to check a box to receive these messages.

Important: Consent to receive marketing SMS is completely optional and is not required to use our platform or complete a booking request.

7.3 Your SMS Rights

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any marketing SMS to unsubscribe immediately
  • Help: Reply HELP to receive support information
  • Message frequency: Varies based on booking activity
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates apply
  • No sharing: We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes

7.4 SMS Service Information

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major carriers. Coverage not available on all carriers.
