Amanda Flores is a Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Heal & Flo Massage and Wellness, located in Chicago's Northside. She holds a National Certification from the National Certified Board of Massage Therapists and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Amanda takes an integrative, multidisciplinary approach to bodywork, drawing from kinesiology, Chinese medicine theory, sports and injury recovery, and ancestral healing techniques. She is deeply committed to trauma-informed care and creating a safe, nurturing environment for all clients. Her sessions are fully individualized, incorporating mindfulness, targeted treatment planning, and take-home wellness practices to support each client's unique healing journey on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
