Amy Griffith Anderson is owner of Arizona Lymphatic Massage and Licensed Massage Therapist. After her own prophylactic mastectomy and reconstruction surgeries, she experienced firsthand how lymphatic drainage massage reduced swelling and aided recovery. This personal journey led to her new career helping others. She studied under Chikly Health Institute and specializes in post-surgical lymphatic massage, working with plastic surgery patients and cancer survivors. Amy focuses on supporting the body's lymphatic system to reduce inflammation, pain, and accelerate healing.
