Kathryn is a certified massage therapist since 2003 who founded Aura Massage and Health, specializing in relief of upper body pain for women. She completed training at the School of Alternative Healthcare and earned a Bachelor of Arts from CSU Chico. As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), she merges education and health to create customized sessions focusing on neck, shoulder, and low back pain relief. Her approach emphasizes listening to clients' goals and creating a space where women feel heard, respected, and relaxed.
