Ayu Taaffe, LMT, CMLDT, CLT, is the founder of Oregon Lymphatics & Massage, a Portland-area practice dedicated to Manual Lymph Drainage and lymphatic health. After leaving a corporate career, she pursued massage therapy out of a deep commitment to natural healing, graduating from Oregon School of Massage in 2017. She went on to earn her Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist credential and later her Certified Lymphedema Therapist designation, specializing in lymphedema, lipedema, post-surgical recovery, and clients navigating cancer treatment. Her integrative approach draws on additional training in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, Reiki, and visceral manipulation to address each client's unique needs and support lasting relief.
