Her training includes Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, advanced TMJ and neck treatment, neurofascial approach, and remedial injury treatment. Her work is predominantly deep tissue based, incorporating slow fluid movements to ensure sessions are strong, focused, and effective.
