Carla Leonora is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified in Visionary Craniosacral Work, practicing since 2001. She has studied many modalities including Swedish, Esalen, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue, and Intraoral Massage, with her specialty being Craniosacral Therapy. Carla works with people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and health conditions. She has a particular interest in supporting clients to release trauma patterns in their bodies and nervous systems, helping them feel more safety, resource, and freedom. She believes that being fully embodied has a deep connection to how we engage in life, and is honored to help clients explore and nourish this connection.
