Catherine has studied & practiced eastern healing traditions – including yoga & meditation – since the late 1990s. After suffering the loss of her husband in 2017, Cat wanted to re-dedicate her life to helping people with PTSD and trauma. Her intuitive nature and healing spirit led her to become a mentee of Thomas Walker at Listening Hands in 2019. Cat has also studied under Margaret Rosenau at School of Inner Health in Denver, CO since 2020. Catherine is a social justice warrior, mental health advocate, and loves to watch the sun rise.
