Born and raised in Switzerland, Denise has extensive training in body movement and therapy. She began with Spiraldynamik® in 1998, then studied Shiatsu and Massage in Zurich. She's a Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement Practitioner™ from the Rolf Institute®. After experiencing a traumatic brain injury in 2016, she became certified in Neurosculpting® to help with anxiety and stress. Her practice focuses on integrative bodywork and brain-based practices to help clients find balance and relief from tension.
