Eden is a Colorado native transgender woman, licensed massage therapist since 2015, and 200 Hour RYT certified yoga teacher. She's trauma-aware and body positive, with extensive experience in relaxation, stress management, pain management, injury recovery, scar tissue release, and sports recovery. Eden taught anatomy and physiology at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado for five years. She specializes in combined yoga and massage sessions, working closely with clients to personalize treatments and provide homework including stretching and mindful movement.
