Geoff Hower graduated from the University of Colorado in 2003 with a degree in Kinesiology and later graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2011. He has gained valuable experience working with numerous professional and elite athletes over the past decade from all disciplines of sport/adventure. Affectionately known as The Human Steamroller, Geoff uses specific deep pressure to release muscle adhesions and fascial tightness. He implements other techniques and his knowledge of injuries to reduce inflammation and speed tissue healing.
