Ina Rucker is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Health Practitioner based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She has been practicing since 2005, when she trained at the Mesilla Valley School of Therapeutic Arts. Her advanced studies include Myofascial Release with John Barnes, Orthopedic Massage with James Waslaski and Eric Dalton, Craniosacral Therapy with Upledger and Etienne Peirsman, and Thai Table Massage. She holds an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner certification from the California College of Ayurveda, with additional training in Marma Therapy, Pancha Karma, and Ayurvedic Polarity Therapy. Ina specializes in relieving chronic muscle tension through slow, deeply sensitive bodywork tailored to each client's unique needs.
