Jamie Mundy, LMBT, is the founder of Relax OBX Massage, a practice she established in 2015 on North Carolina's Hatteras Island. Originally arriving as a summer massage therapist in 2011, she built her business from a mobile service into a full studio now located in Avon. Jamie specializes in Thai massage and craniosacral therapy, blending these traditions with cupping and other therapeutic techniques to address each client's unique needs. Her training includes advanced coursework from the International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as well as Upledger Institute craniosacral certification. She is dedicated to helping clients find relief from tension and stress while making the most of their time on the Outer Banks.
