Jana Hamilton is the owner and founder of Functional Therapeutics, a massage therapy practice located in Fort Myers, Florida. Originally from Indiana, Jana relocated to Florida in 2001 and discovered her passion for massage therapy shortly thereafter. She has built a reputation as a highly referred therapist specializing in pain and injury prevention, blending therapeutic massage with exercise science principles. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and is certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also trained in Neurokinetic Therapy. Her approach integrates trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, cupping, and posture correction to create individualized treatment plans aimed at keeping clients functional and pain-free.
