Shae is a licensed massage therapist and owner of Bodywork by Shae. She graduated at the top of her class from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2022, developing expertise in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic principles. Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Table Thai massage, she has continued training in Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy. Her mission is to provide personalized treatments aimed at increasing mobility, strengthening health, and wellness through alternative therapies.
