Rachel Jones moved to Frisco, Colorado in 2015 and fell in love with the mountains. She studied at Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy focusing on deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial techniques. She's trained in SMRT Positional Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Scar Tissue work, Cupping, Medical massage, Sports massage and Ashiatsu. She's TMJ/Intraoral certified and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Vodder trained. Her personal studio addresses stress, injury recovery, and relaxation needs.
