Practicing since 2015, she approaches her work as a sacred calling, honoring the deep connection between body, mind, spirit, and emotion. Kristen draws on a range of modalities — including Swedish techniques, myofascial work, cupping, hot stone, and somatic emotional release — tailoring each session intuitively to meet the unique needs of the individual. Her studio is located along the Provo River at Silk Studio Suites, offering a calm, grounded environment for relaxation, structural work, prenatal care, and intuitive healing sessions.
