Laurie Swanson is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who has been passionate about somatics since 1998. She graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2000 and specializes in gentle, intentional bodywork for relaxation, pain relief, and nervous system balancing. Her approach is informed by Myofascial Release, Trager, Swedish massage, Somatic Experiencing, Organic Intelligence, Polyvagal Theory, and DermoNeuroModulation. Laurie brings spaciousness, curiosity, and compassion to her sessions, working slowly so the body and mind can process and integrate. She creates a cozy retreat on Queen Anne Hill where clients can downshift, re-regulate, and reconnect with their natural ability to heal and thrive.
