My inspiration to pursue a career in massage therapy came while working as a registered nurse and caring for those who suffered neurological and cognitive impairments, such as stroke, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury. The healing benefits from both manual and physical therapy, coupled with my passion to make an immediate difference in the lives of others, solidified my decision to choose this path. The day I incorporated Myofascial Release (MFR) into my treatment protocol was the day my practice truly transformed; the effect on my clients was profound. My intention is to make a difference in how you feel, think and live and my hope is, that after just one session with me, it will become clear to you exactly why massage matters. As a licensed Nurse Coach and Massage Therapist, coupled with certification as a Spinal Flow Technique Practitioner, I have several holistic healing modalities to help my clients move, feel and live a life with more ease and less disease.
