Lise Flora Waugh is a licensed massage therapist (MS, C-IAYT, LMT) with a lifelong passion for bodywork that has taken her around the world. Since 2018, she has specialized in MSTR® (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release®), a gentle technique that restores mobility and eases discomfort by addressing scar tissue's impact on the body. With decades of experience in Thai bodywork, Bowen therapy, Trager, restorative massage, yoga therapy, Pilates, and personal training, Lise's approach centers on calming the nervous system, improving circulation, reducing pain, and enhancing range of motion. She serves as both a practitioner and instructor of MSTR® in North America, helping clients feel better and move more comfortably in their bodies.
