She graduated from The Holistic Center for Therapeutic Massage in 2005 and has built her practice around the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release, which she began studying in 2013. Lori has completed an extensive series of JFB seminars covering myofascial unwinding, rebounding, mobilization, and specialized applications for pediatric and pelvic conditions. Her continuing education also spans lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and Reiki. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Therapy Professionals (ABMP) and is dedicated to helping clients manage pain and restore function through evidence-informed fascial techniques.
