Maya Ray is a Seattle-based Certified Advanced Rolfer, Craniosacral Therapist, and Yoga Teacher. She completed her Rolfing training at the Rolf Institute in 2012 and became a Certified Advanced Rolfer in 2019. Maya has studied both biodynamic and biomechanical Craniosacral Therapy and specializes in working with clients ranging from infants to seniors. Her wholistic approach addresses chronic pain, tension, and mobility issues by looking at the whole body rather than just symptoms. She combines Rolfing, Craniosacral Therapy, and movement education to help clients achieve lasting balance and alignment, resolving pain patterns and improving overall function.
