Shira Diem is a licensed Massage Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. She uses bodywork as a tool of transformation, assisting clients in their pursuit of physical comfort and empowering them on a path of wellness. Each session is intuitively tailored to address where the body is holding tension, with a goal of creating balance and vitality. Shira has advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu/Acupressure, Injury Treatment and Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Visceral Manipulation, Reiki, and Sound Healing. She graduated from The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy and holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
