Stephen West has followed his fascination with the human body his entire life through athletics, theater, and bodywork. He studied Theater at Northwestern University and Massage Therapy at Brian Utting School. He has trained intensively in movement, yoga, anatomy, Experiential Kinesiology, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Stephen works with a broad range of issues including injuries, chronic pain, headaches, and TMJ, using deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and other techniques.
