My massage career began after a short stint in sales and marketing, when I realized I needed something more creative, more physical, and more people-oriented. While raising two athletic boys who were constantly pushing their bodies to compete, I discovered a deep curiosity for anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. I attended massage therapy school and passed the MBLEx exam in the Chicagoland area. After a cross-country move, I became licensed in Arizona in 2016. Since then, I've also earned my manual lymphatic drainage certification and enjoy helping clients reduce excess fluid and inflammation through the Vodder technique.
