Anastacia is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Photographer, and Yoga Instructor based in the Pacific Northwest. She believes in working with her clients to create holistic treatments tailored to individual needs, helping people find relief from pain and stress to facilitate greater health and balance. Anastacia uses a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques interwoven with passive stretching and breath work to maximize healing. As an experienced yoga instructor, she utilizes her knowledge of biomechanics in her massage work.
