Dr. Tiong H. Ling is the co-founder of Peking Acupuncture Clinic in Houston, Texas, one of the longest-established acupuncture practices in the region, open since 1982. A Vanderbilt University Ph.D. graduate, Dr. Ling traveled to China to study under renowned acupuncture experts from Shanghai and Beijing. He played an instrumental role in the legal recognition of acupuncture practice in Texas in 1993. Over the decades, his clinic has treated patients from all 50 U.S. states and more than 40 countries, drawing international attention particularly for its highly effective quit-smoking program. Dr. Ling specializes in pain relief, weight loss, cosmetic acupuncture, and addiction cessation, and has been featured on FOX TV and in Houstonia Magazine.
