Vanessa Charles is a licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of experience and a yoga instructor with more than 20 years of teaching. She holds a BA in Sustainable Agriculture and Holistic Health from The Evergreen State College and completed 650 hours of massage training at Maui Therapeutic Massage, specializing in Polarity, Trigger Point, Acupressure, and Hawaiian Massage. Vanessa has taught over a thousand yoga classes and hosted Yoga & Detox Retreats for eleven years. Now based in Dillon, Colorado, she combines massage therapy and yoga to support healing, connection, and vitality in body and mind.
