Vanessa Sychak is a Certified Advanced Rolfing Structural Integrator based in downtown Portsmouth, NH. She began her holistic practice in 2014 as a yoga instructor and bodyworker, later spending two years in Southeast Asia immersing herself in local healing traditions before traveling to Boulder, CO to study the art of Rolfing. In addition to her Rolfing practice, Vanessa holds credentials as a Thai bodyworker, Tibetan Reiki Level II practitioner, and a 200-hour trained yoga and meditation instructor through the Himalayan Institute. Her approach integrates structural alignment, energy work, and mindful movement to help clients find greater ease, vitality, and well-being.
