Kurt Simmons is the owner and founder of ABQ Massage & Myofascial Therapies, a specialized therapeutic massage practice serving the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. A full-time massage therapist for nearly two decades, Kurt discovered the transformative power of massage after recovering from a rotator cuff injury through hands-on bodywork. That personal experience inspired him to build a career helping others overcome chronic pain and reclaim an active lifestyle. He takes an integrative approach, blending Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Medical Massage techniques to address each client's unique needs.
