Shannon Goins-Blair is a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist and LANA Certified Lymphedema Therapist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Owner of Pain & Swelling Solutions, she has spent over a decade specializing in lymphatic drainage with a particular focus on post-operative recovery from plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including tummy tucks, BBLs, liposuction, and breast procedures. She is also a Functional Medicine Coach and graduate of the School of Applied Functional Medicine, bringing a holistic lens to conditions like lymphedema, lipedema, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Long COVID.
